Your data, and what we do with it

Contact for any data request: [email protected].What you send us in a form or a message: name, contact details, what you are looking for, and anything you choose to add. Automatically: the page you came from, campaign parameters, language and approximate location from your IP. For clients we also hold the documents a transaction requires.
To answer you and to run the service you asked for — that is the contract. To meet legal obligations around identification, tax and record-keeping. And, only with your consent, to send market notes and to measure which listings people find useful.
Our team, and the parties a specific deal needs: the independent lawyer, the notary, your bank, and — if you came through a partner agent — that agent. Our CRM and email providers process data on our instructions. We never sell your data, and we do not pass your contact details to developers or other agencies without asking you first.
What this website is, and is not
Availability, price and specification can change, and a unit may be sold before we update the page. Everything is confirmed in writing before you commit to anything.
Occupancy, rent levels and net yields shown anywhere on this site come from comparable managed units and are indicative. They are not a guarantee, a forecast or investment advice. We will always show you the figures behind a number if you ask.
We coordinate an independent lawyer for every purchase, and we are happy to explain how things work — but we are an agency, not your lawyer, accountant or tax adviser, and nothing here replaces advice for your own situation.
Our text, photography and guides belong to RAUNF Group. Quote a paragraph with a link if it is useful to you; do not republish listings or photographs wholesale. Developer renders remain the property of their owners.
Georgian law applies to these terms and to our service agreements. Before anything formal, write to a director — most disagreements are a misunderstanding about who was doing what.
Why we ask for your passport and where the money came from
Every serious agency, bank and notary in Georgia has to do this. Being asked is a good sign — an agency that skips it is a risk to you, not a convenience.
