Model 2 — Contract Partner
A closer, ongoing partnership — by invitation.
Contract Partner is a deeper relationship than a one-off referral: structured, ongoing collaboration with terms set out in a signed agreement. There is no public application for this status.

No automatic promotion
There is no automatic promotion into Contract Partner status. Completing one referral, or reaching any particular number, never by itself grants this status — every case is reviewed individually.

Model 3 — Agent & Broker cooperation
An independent route for agents, brokers and agencies.
If you already have your own clients, your own portfolio, or you represent an agency, this is a direct professional cooperation — not a stage in the referral path above. We work on a straightforward 50/50 basis on transactions we complete together.

How much do I earn as a Referral Partner?
30% of RAUNF Group's earned commission on any deal that closes through your referral — no contract needed, no minimum volume.
When and how am I paid?
Your share is invoiced against the referral, or against the signed agreement for an Agent/Broker cooperation, and transferred within 10 working days of the deal completing — meaning ownership is registered and our fee has settled.
How do you know a client is mine?
From the first click or message. Any enquiry through your tracked link — or where you name the client to us first — is registered under your referral code in our CRM, with a 12-month attribution window.
Is there a cost to register, or a minimum number of referrals?
No. Registering as a Referral Partner is free, with no minimum volume — your code is issued the same day.
How do I become a Contract Partner?
There is no public application. Contract Partner status grows out of a real track record as a Referral Partner — the quality of your referrals, results, professionalism and reliability over time — reviewed and decided individually by our management. Completing one referral, or any fixed number, never grants it automatically.
What percentage do Contract Partners receive?
Terms are individually agreed under the signed Contract Partner Agreement, reflecting the scope of that specific partnership — there is no fixed public percentage for this tier.
I'm an agent, broker or agency with my own clients or listings — which model is this?
The Agent/Broker cooperation — a separate, parallel route, not a stage after the referral path. It runs on a straightforward 50/50 split on transactions we complete together, including listing your own properties through us under your name.
Can I list my own properties through RAUNF Group?
Yes, as part of the Agent/Broker cooperation. We photograph, translate into English, Georgian, Russian and Lithuanian, and publish under your name with the same search visibility and paid reach as our own stock — you keep the client relationship, leads on your listings reach you the same day.
